It offers room for student stories and conversations, and helps to find the help the students need. MoodSpace also provides help for friends, parents or of colleges or university staff members.

Good practice

MoodSpace offers several tools for young people facing different mental disorders. They have an extensive library about issues regarding mental health; they offer a self-test on their website, which allows individuals to reflect on their mental statement, and also, at the end of the test, they give you feedback and advice. On their website, you can find a self-help section with modules to strengthen resilience and cope with emotional problems. In addition, you can find information about recognising the first symptoms when somebody around you faces mental issues and needs help. You can also read powerful life stories and listen to podcasts under the topic.
