Description of the organisation

Fil Santé Jeunes team is composed of professionals, such as psychologists, educators, doctors, social workers etc. It aims to help young people aged from 12 to 25 to overcome mental health issues but it also answers fundamental questions that a teenager can ask themself about sex, relationship, drugs… The hotline is reachable every day from 9 A.M. to 11 P.M. Fil Santé Jeunes also proposes surveys for young people about different topics such as their relation to their smartphone, addiction, food… They want to inform young people about their feelings and deconstruct their prejudices about mental health.

Fil Santé Jeunes gathers a large number of ready-to-use tools addressed to teenagers, such as:

Articles about various topics in order to deconstruct prejudices
Surveys to understand youth and their relation to their environment
Quiz to test one’s knowledge about various themes
Hotline to answer teenagers’ questions
Forum to ask one’s question and discuss with young people

The hotline is also reachable by young people with hearing impairments
